Bernie Studios (“Bernie Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at berniestudios.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you email us, apply for a package, or otherwise contact us, we receive whatever you choose to share: typically your name, email address, company, and details about your project.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, and the time of your visit. We use this information only to keep the Site running, secure, and reliable.

2. Third-party services
The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font, Google receives your IP address and standard request information, subject to Google’s privacy policy. The Site links to external services such as X, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Those services have their own privacy practices, and we do not control them.

We keep correspondence and project records for as long as needed to serve you, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Server logs are kept only as long as our hosting provider retains them in the ordinary course of business.
